This week RP is chopping it up with her guest Samuel Pierre, who is a management consultant, economic developer and strategist in the New York City area. We will be weighing in on the recent college admissions scandal and taking a critical look at affirmative action. Instagram, twitter and Facebook have been lit with outrage over this scandal. The issue of affirmative action has now come back to the forefront in light of the recent scandals calling in to question whether these universities can be trusted to evaluate prospective candidates fairly.

But what is fair? What is privilege? White people have been bribing their way through life since the beginning of time, why is the black community so shocked? Why are we mad? Think for a moment, if you were a wealthy person of color, would you pass up the opportunity to get your child into the school of tier choice? What is the real issue here? Why is this even top news? Tune in to hear Sam and I dissect some of these issues.
