Show Notes

This week we are talking mental health and the black community. It is no doubt that the coronavirus is wreaking havoc on our lives. Our mental wellness is at stake. If we are being honest, some of us are starting to loose our marbles. With the majority of nation being on lock down, schools are closed and parents are now being forced to spend time with children they hardly know, couples wondering why did they get married. These are trying times.  What will happen once the dust settles? What will be the state of mental health after COVID-19?
