Happy second week of Women's History Month! In recent years, there has been great emphasis on women's empowerment. From social clubs to online forums to Facebook groups, women's empowerment movements are on the rise and are in abundance. With all of these efforts, are women really being empowered? I guess a better question would be, are Black women being empowered?

Tune in as Dianne and RP talk about women empowerment, how to navigate situations where your microaggressor is a Black woman, and how we as Black women can do better to show up for each other.
